Living in the Duncraig Estate, an older home in The Village off Acres Road, or trading near Kellyville Village on Wrights Road? For a limited run our Kellyville deals stretch to Kellyville Grove and the Highlands Estate as well. Bring it up when you book and we apply it.

Kellyville mixes eras. About 900 homes went up around Acres Road between the 1960s and 1980s, the area locals call The Village, while estates such as Duncraig, Highlands and Elizabeth Macarthur followed as the suburb grew. At the 2021 Census 87.7 per cent of dwellings were separate houses and 78.2 per cent had four or more bedrooms. We handle rewiring for the older brick homes, board upgrades, and extra circuits in newer estate houses built tight to their boundaries.

Kellyville Village on Wrights Road holds a Coles and 38 specialty stores beside a Woolworths, Kellyville Grove opened near Memorial Avenue in December 2023, and a light commercial strip runs along Windsor Road. We carry out shop fit-outs, lighting upgrades, refrigeration circuits and planned maintenance outside trading hours.

Kellyville gets our same-day service from The Village off Acres Road to the Highlands Estate and the new streets near Memorial Avenue. Urgent calls here often involve air conditioning tripping the main during a heatwave, a ceramic-fuse board failing in an older brick home, or a scorched oven outlet.
Our Kellyville customers range from long-time owners in The Village to young families in the newer estates, where 52.2 per cent of homes carry a mortgage. Newer homes here tend to sit on tighter lots with larger floor plans, and they lean on cooling through extreme summer heat, so a Kellyville electrician spends plenty of time on air conditioning circuits, LED downlight upgrades, outdoor living areas and EV chargers.
The suburb’s older layers matter too. Kellyville Public School dates from 1873, the original post office still stands at Acres and Windsor Roads, and the foundations of the 1820s White Hart Inn remain. In the 1960s to 1980s homes nearby we often replace original boards and brittle cabling. When something fails badly, an emergency electrician from our team is on the way, just as for the rest of the Hills District.

Around 900 homes near Acres Road date from the 1960s to 1980s. We replace ceramic-fuse and partly protected boards, fix loose connections and bring RCD protection up to the current standard.
Duncraig, Highlands, Elizabeth Macarthur and the Homeworld display villages hold large modern homes. We add circuits for cooling, home offices and outdoor living without overloading the original board.
About 12 per cent of Kellyville dwellings are townhouses, semis or flats, including medium-density stock near Kellyville Village. We sort owner and common-property faults and coordinate with strata managers.
Kellyville Village, Kellyville Grove and the Windsor Road strip house supermarkets and specialty stores. We handle lighting, refrigeration circuits and exit signage, scheduling work outside trading hours.

Every Kellyville building era crosses our licensed team’s path, from original Village homes off Acres Road to display homes around River Oak Circuit, and know how each was wired.

You get a written fixed figure after we look. A lighting upgrade in an Elizabeth Macarthur Estate home and a rewire in a 1970s Village house are quoted on what each needs.

When a Kellyville home loses cooling or power on a hot afternoon, we treat it as urgent and route a van from nearby Hills jobs to reach you quickly.

Among our 250+ customers are many Kellyville families, with referrals passed along at Bernie Mullane Sporting Complex, local school gates and the shops on Wrights Road.

Our labour guarantee in Kellyville lasts for life, from a single power point in a Duncraig Estate study to a complete board change in an older Village home.

Pick a time that works around school pick-up at Kellyville Public or William Clarke College, or around your trading hours. We confirm the booking by text.

Our sparkie tests the board and each circuit, runs through your options, then send a written fixed figure, so the cost is settled before we start pulling cable.

Windsor Road and Old Windsor Road traffic is predictable if you plan for it, so we build it into our schedule and arrive within the agreed window, calling ahead if delayed.

Drop sheets stay down until we pack up, cartons go in our van, and the handover includes the certificate and a board labelled so anyone can find the right circuit.

Local pockets we cover in Kellyville
Nearby suburbs we also serve

Five-plus licensed electricians now work under the banner Spyro raised in 2017. Kellyville is one of our busiest Hills suburbs because it has such a spread of housing, from homes built decades ago around Acres Road to estates finished much more recently. We like that range. It means one day replacing a ceramic-fuse board, the next wiring a new alfresco kitchen in the Highlands Estate.

Newer Kellyville homes often have large floor plans on small lots, and extreme summer heat means more energy is spent on cooling. With 78.2 per cent of homes carrying four or more bedrooms, air conditioning is one of the heaviest loads we wire and upgrade here.

Paperwork matters: each Kellyville job closes with a CCEW, the state’s proof that regulated wiring was done to code. In the older homes around Acres Road that often includes upgrading boards that had little or no RCD protection. Any board we swap or modify leaves with every final subcircuit behind residual current devices, per AS/NZS 3000, and the Type AC ban for new installations, dating from 1 May 2023, means those devices are Type A or better.
Prices are fixed and in writing once we have seen the job. In Kellyville the same request can differ greatly: new lights in a Homeworld display home with an accessible roof space are straightforward, while rewiring a 1970s brick home in The Village means working around original ceilings and an older board. We look first, explain, then give one price.
Air conditioning tripping the power, an older Village home on its original board, or an EV charger for the garage in your Kellyville estate home? Call 02 8999 3691 to have a licensed electrician visit, provide a fixed written quote, and back the labour with a lifetime guarantee.
Owners, landlords and retailers around Kellyville tend to raise these points with us. If yours is not covered here, call us on 02 8999 3691.
Often, yes. Our day begins at 7am, with weekday work wrapping at 5:30pm and Saturday jobs by 2pm, and Kellyville sits on the Hills loop we drive daily. Call 02 8999 3691 early and we can often reach you the same day. A hot or burning smell, a board that will not reset, or no power on a hot afternoon takes priority.
We look before we quote. Wiring in a newer estate home with good roof access takes far less time than the same work in an older Village home with original ceilings and a ceramic-fuse board. After seeing the job, we give you a written fixed figure that stays the same unless you ask for more.
Common causes are an undersized circuit, a failing compressor or fan motor, water in the outdoor isolator, or a board that groups too many circuits on one RCD. With extreme summer heat and big floor plans, Kellyville cooling systems work hard. We test the circuit and the unit supply, find the fault and fix it, upgrading the circuit or board if needed.
Not always, but it is worth checking. About 900 homes around Acres Road were built between the 1960s and 1980s, and many still have ceramic fuses, limited RCD protection and ageing cable. We test insulation and earthing, tell you which circuits are sound, and quote a targeted upgrade or full rewire depending on what we find.
Yes. Kellyville averages 2.2 vehicles per dwelling and most homes have a garage, so EV chargers are popular. Headroom on the switchboard is measured first; then a separate feed goes to the wallbox, placed to suit how the car noses in. If your board is already full, we will explain and quote the upgrade first.
Yes. Around 12 per cent of Kellyville dwellings are townhouses, semis or flats, much of it medium-density housing near Kellyville Village. We confirm which wiring belongs to your lot and which is common property, coordinate with the strata manager for access, and give clear written findings to both parties.
Each level of a leased NSW home needs an alarm that works. Once a tenant reports a dud, the clock gives you two business days, and no alarm may stay past ten years from its build date. Mains-wired models are a job for licensed hands. With 19.2 per cent of Kellyville homes rented, we regularly do smoke alarm replacements and give landlords dated records.
Yes. Kellyville Village, Kellyville Grove and the Windsor Road strip all have specialty tenancies. We handle new lighting, power and data layouts, refrigeration and cooking circuits, exit and emergency lighting, and plan work around trading hours so the centre and neighbouring shops are not disrupted.
Yes. When we are already in your Kellyville home or shop for a booked job, we check the board, test the RCDs and look over visible wiring at no extra cost, then tell you what we found. For a full standalone inspection, we explain the scope and give a fixed figure beforehand.
Yes on both counts. Each of our five-plus sparkies holds a NSW licence and insurance, and since Spyro opened in 2017 the business has passed 7,000 projects. Labour carries a lifetime guarantee, and you receive the compliance certificate when the work is done.
