On acreage off Annangrove Road, in the Hill Climb Drive or Amaroo Park Drive streets, or out near Blue Gum Creek and Annangrove Park Reserve? Our current Annangrove deals cover every property here. Ask about the offer as you book and we knock it off the quote.

Annangrove is acreage country. The 2021 Census recorded 99.0 per cent separate houses, against 65.6 per cent across NSW, an average of 4.4 bedrooms and 80.8 per cent of homes with four or more. Almost half, 49.0 per cent, are owned outright. Land cleared for orchards after early logging now holds large homes, nurseries and hobby farms. We run residential electrical work that suits big blocks: long submains to sheds, outdoor lighting on driveways and board upgrades in sprawling family homes.

There is no shopping centre in Annangrove. Business life is rural and spread out: plant nurseries, hobby farms, Annangrove Public School, and places of worship such as the Sydney Zoroastrian Fire Temple on Annangrove Road and the Imam Hasan Centre. We wire sheds, workshops, glasshouse pumps and lighting for these sites.

Our same-day service reaches Annangrove from Whites Ridge Road to the Kellyville edge. Common urgent jobs on acreage: a shed submain failing after a storm, a pump circuit tripping during dry weather, and a large house losing half its power when an ageing board overheats.
Most of our Annangrove clients are families on acreage. The 2021 Census counted 3.5 people per household and 3.4 vehicles per dwelling, which tells you how much gets plugged in: workshops, pool gear, pumps, gates and more than one car. We run power to detached garages, fit lighting along long driveways, and upgrade boards that were never sized for today’s loads. As your Annangrove electrician we also help nurseries and hobby farms with pumps, glasshouse fans and shed circuits.
Distance is part of every plan. Properties here are spread out and many sit behind gates, so we confirm access before heading off Annangrove Road. If a storm drops power to a barn or the house, our emergency electricians come straight out from nearby suburbs across the Hills District, and we make the fault safe before explaining the fix.

Nearly every Annangrove dwelling is a separate house, often with sheds, garages and gates. We run submains between buildings, fit outbuilding boards and bury cable at compliant depths.
Nurseries and hobby farms are a big part of Annangrove land use. We wire pumps, glasshouse fans, cool rooms and lighting, with RCD protection suited to damp outdoor work areas.
Bushfire burned the hills near Blue Gum Creek in 1915, and bushland still fringes many blocks. We check outdoor wiring after storms and protect gear exposed to weather and wildlife.
With 4.4 bedrooms per home on average, many Annangrove houses run heavy loads. We handle the switchboard upgrade, add circuits for kitchens and air conditioning, and leave room for future chargers.

Our licensed team understands acreage wiring: long submains to sheds, outbuildings with their own boards, and fault finding over hectares rather than across a single suburban block.

We walk the property first, then send one written figure. A light change inside a Currie Avenue house and a new cable run to a paddock shed are priced on their own merits.

When a storm knocks out a shed circuit or a pump fails in dry weather, we move your Annangrove job forward and arrive with enough cable and gear to finish.

Our 250+ customers include Annangrove families, nursery owners and hobby farmers, many referred by neighbours along Annangrove Road, Langlands Road or Hill Climb Drive.

The labour on every circuit we install on an Annangrove property is guaranteed for life, including cable buried in trenches between the house, sheds and gates.

Tell us your address, gate code or who will let us in, and where on the block the job is. We then pick a time that suits your farm or family routine.

After walking the site and measuring the run from the board, we explain the options and send a fixed written price covering trenching, cable and fittings.

We turn up in the window agreed. Annangrove is spread out, so we plan the route in advance and call ahead if an earlier job runs long.

Trenches are backfilled, offcuts leave with us, gates are closed behind us, and you receive the compliance certificate with a plain summary of the work done.

Back in 2017 Spyro set out on his own, and five-plus licensed electricians now carry the work. Annangrove suits the way we operate: the jobs are larger, the cable runs longer, and planning matters. Owners here want someone who turns up prepared to trench, wire a shed or balance a big home’s load without a second trip. The same crew usually follows a property through several projects, so we get to know each site well.

Annangrove is described as a rural suburb of large houses, nurseries and hobby farms, and the 2021 Census counted 3.4 vehicles per dwelling. Garages, workshops and farm sheds are everywhere, and most need their own safe supply.

Whether it is a house, a shed or a pump shelter, every Annangrove site we finish receives a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work under NSW rules, buried runs included. Touching or swapping a board triggers the AS/NZS 3000 need for residual current devices across final subcircuits, and on these properties we choose Type A units or better; Type AC has been off limits for fresh installs from 1 May 2023.
We inspect the site, then give you a fixed price in writing. That matters on Annangrove blocks, where the same request can mean very different work. Adding a light in a house on Currie Avenue might be quick, while powering a paddock shed off Whites Ridge Road involves trenching, a submain and an outbuilding board. You see the figure before any work starts.
A shed with no power, a pump circuit that keeps dropping out, or a big home that trips whenever the air conditioning starts? Call 02 8999 3691. A licensed electrician will walk your Annangrove property, give you a fixed written price and guarantee the labour for life.
Annangrove families on acreage, nursery operators and hobby farmers ask us these questions most often. If yours is not covered here, call us on 02 8999 3691.
Frequently. Our vans are out from 7am until 5:30pm through the working week, plus 7am until 2pm on Saturday, with Sunday off. Annangrove sits on the outer edge of our runs, so ringing 02 8999 3691 early gives the best shot at a same-day visit. Sparks, a burning smell or a whole house without power should be mentioned first, because those jobs jump the queue.
We quote only after walking the property. On Annangrove blocks the distance between the board and the job drives the labour: trenching, cable size and outbuilding boards all add up differently. Once we have seen it, a single fixed figure arrives in writing, and it holds unless you decide to add to the scope.
Yes, it is one of our most common Annangrove jobs. We size the submain for the distance and the tools you plan to run, trench at compliant depth, and fit a small board in the shed with its own safety switches. Longer runs need heavier cable, so we explain the trade-offs in the quote, and we can add weatherproof power points along the way for gates or water features.
Exposed properties do cop more weather. Overhead runs to outbuildings, outdoor fittings and gate motors often fail after heavy rain or wind. We replace damaged gear with weather-rated fittings, move vulnerable cable underground where practical, and make sure everything outdoors sits behind RCD protection so a fault trips safely.
Annangrove has bushland around many properties, and fire burned the hills near Blue Gum Creek in 1915. Electrically, keep outdoor cable protected, avoid loose extension leads near dry vegetation, and make sure pumps you rely on have their own dedicated, clearly labelled circuit. We can review your outdoor wiring with that in mind.
Yes. Nurseries and hobby farms are a big part of Annangrove, and they need reliable power in wet, dirty conditions. We install dedicated circuits for pumps, glasshouse fans and refrigeration, choose fittings suited to damp areas, and protect each circuit with the right safety switch so one fault does not shut the whole site down.
Usually, and space is rarely the issue. With 3.4 vehicles per dwelling here, many owners want one in the garage or shed. We check the board’s spare capacity, run a dedicated circuit to where you park, and mount the charger so the lead reaches without crossing paths. If the board is full, we explain the upgrade needed first.
Yes, once your approvals are in place. Large Annangrove blocks often have room for a second dwelling. We plan the supply from the main board or a separate meter where required, run the submain, and fit out the new building with lighting, power and smoke alarms to the current rules. We coordinate with your builder so walls are not closed before rough-in is inspected.
We do. Many Annangrove homes sit well back from the road, and a dark driveway is a real hazard. We install low-glare LED lighting along paths and entry points, add sensor lights near garages, and can wire gate motors and intercoms on their own protected circuits.
