Homes along Restwell Road and Prairie Vale Road, streets near Club Marconi, the Comanche Park end by Orphan School Creek and houses facing Hebron Reserve all qualify for our Bossley Park specials. Say you saw the offer when booking and it is taken off the bill.

Bossley Park grew from grazing land into suburban streets during the 1970s, and that era still shapes the housing. The 2021 Census counted 91.2 per cent separate houses, 5.4 per cent semis or townhouses and just 3.1 per cent flats, with 37.4 per cent owned outright and 46.8 per cent offering four or more bedrooms. Plenty of those brick homes still run their first boards. We replace them, add RCD safety switches, rewire tired circuits and power new kitchens and alfresco areas.

The suburb itself is mostly homes, churches, schools and Club Marconi, but the Smithfield-Wetherill Park Industrial Estate, described as the largest in the southern hemisphere, sits just to the north. For workshops, warehouses, small offices and clubs we provide commercial electrical maintenance, three-phase machine circuits and LED lighting refits.

We run same-day service throughout Bossley Park, from Marconi Road across to the Orphan School Creek paths. Urgent faults here often trace back to 1970s wiring: a scorched power point behind the fridge, a whole-house trip during a summer heatwave, or a flickering circuit after heavy rain.
Bossley Park families often stay put for decades, and 37.4 per cent of homes are owned outright, so much of our work is updating houses that date from the 1970s building boom. Owners ask a Bossley Park electrician to replace worn boards, add circuits for renovated kitchens, fit ceiling fans to bedrooms and wire patios for family gatherings. Tradespeople who work in the Wetherill Park estate call us for garage workshops at home too.
Mature street trees along Restwell Road and Prairie Vale Road give welcome shade, but storms can bring branches down onto service leads and outdoor fittings. Near Comanche Park and Orphan School Creek, we check garden lighting and pumps after wet spells. Should a fault leave the house dark or a board start smoking, request an emergency callout and our closest van comes across South-West Sydney to you.

Much of Bossley Park was built after the 1970s subdivisions. Original fuse boards, unearthed light circuits and brittle cable often remain, so we test the lot and rewire what fails.
With a huge industrial estate next door, many locals run tools and compressors from the garage. We install dedicated circuits, bright LED batten lighting and a sub-board so machinery never trips the house.
Restwell Road and Prairie Vale Road carry the suburb's heaviest tree canopy. After storms we check outdoor fittings and the switchboard and wiring on your side of the meter; damage to street lines goes to Endeavour Energy.
Orphan School Creek winds past Comanche Park along the southern edge. Homes near low ground benefit from RCD-protected outdoor circuits, sealed garden lighting and pumps checked after prolonged rain.

Our licensed team has worked through plenty of Bossley Park’s 1970s brick homes and knows where original cable, fuse boards and early extensions typically cause trouble.

Every Bossley Park job is priced after a look, then fixed in writing. A power point near Club Marconi and a full board change off Restwell Road get separate figures.

When a storm drops branches on Prairie Vale Road or a heatwave trips an old board, genuine faults leaving Bossley Park homes without power are dealt with first.

Bossley Park owners, landlords and tradies are part of our 250+ customers, with many referrals coming from parish groups, school families and the Marconi community.

Labour on each circuit, board and fitting we install in a Bossley Park home or workshop is guaranteed for life, so our workmanship is never your ongoing risk.

Let us know your street, where the meter box sits and whether dogs or a side gate affect access. We fit your booking around work, school and church commitments.

We test the circuits, open the board and explain the findings plainly, then email a written fixed figure so you can compare options before agreeing.

Marconi match days and school pickups around Bossley Park High can slow the roads, so we plan for them and arrive within the promised window, phoning ahead if delayed.

Drop sheets protect floors, old fittings leave in our van, and you get the compliance certificate with a note of every circuit changed in your home.

Nearby suburbs we also serve

Spyro launched the business in 2017, and it now employs five-plus licensed electricians working across Fairfield and the south-west. Bossley Park is a suburb we know well, largely because its 1970s housing reached the age where boards, cables and outlets need attention at the same time. We explain what is safe to keep and what should go, respect homes families have looked after for decades, and handle the workshops tradespeople run from their garages.

Bossley Park turned from rural land into a residential suburb during the 1970s, and 91.2 per cent of its dwellings are separate houses. Many of those homes were wired before RCDs were standard on every circuit, so adding full safety switch protection is the most valuable upgrade we quote here.

NSW requires a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work after each job, and every Bossley Park visit ends with one. For homes built during the 1970s that certificate records exactly what has been brought up to present standards and what still needs attention. Any board we alter must, under AS/NZS 3000, protect its final subcircuits with RCDs, and Type AC devices, off limits for new work since 1 May 2023, never go in.
We look before we quote, then fix that figure in writing. In Bossley Park the difference between homes is real: a renovated house with a modern board and an accessible roof might take two hours for new lights, while a largely original 1970s home with a fuse board and cramped roof space needs testing and more care. Two homes, two honest figures.
Still on a 1970s fuse board, planning a kitchen renovation, or needing power for a garage workshop? Call 02 8999 3691. A licensed electrician will come to your Bossley Park home, inspect the job and commit to one firm written price, with labour covered for life.
Long-time owners, renovating families and home-based tradies across Bossley Park ask us these most. If yours is not covered here, call us on 02 8999 3691.
Often we can help that day. Hours are 7am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 2pm Saturday, and Bossley Park sits between Wetherill Park and Liverpool jobs we do constantly. Calling 02 8999 3691 in the morning gives the best chance of a same-day slot. No power, sparking or a burning smell is always prioritised.
We set a fixed price once we have seen it. Homes here range from fully renovated houses with new boards to originals from the 1970s with fuse panels and older cable, and that changes how long any job takes. After inspecting, we write the figure down and it only changes if you decide to add something.
It may still work, but it is unlikely to protect you from electric shock. Many Bossley Park homes were built after the suburb was developed in the 1970s, before RCDs were fitted to every circuit. Rewirable fuses also allow the wrong wire to be used. We test your wiring and quote a replacement board with full RCD cover.
Stay well clear and treat the line as live. If the damage is to the street network or the line from the pole, call Endeavour Energy on 131 003, or 000 if there is fire or immediate danger. Once the network side is safe, we can check your switchboard, outdoor fittings and internal wiring on your side of the meter.
Yes. With the Smithfield-Wetherill Park Industrial Estate nearby, plenty of Bossley Park residents work in trades and keep tools at home. We install a sub-board in the garage, dedicated circuits for compressors, welders or saws, plenty of power points along the bench and bright LED lighting.
Most kitchen renovations in older Bossley Park homes need dedicated circuits for the oven, cooktop and dishwasher, extra bench outlets, new lighting and often a board upgrade to handle induction. We work with your builder or cabinet maker, rough-in before walls close and fit off after the stone goes on.
Yes. Bossley Park homes average 2.1 vehicles, and most have a garage or long driveway suited to a wall charger. We check whether your board and supply can handle the load, run a dedicated protected circuit and fit the unit. In older homes, a board upgrade may need to come first, which we quote together.
We do. Orphan School Creek runs along the southern fringe through Comanche Park, and yards on lower ground can stay wet after long rain. If outdoor lights or a pump trip the safety switch, leave them off and call us. We test insulation, replace water-damaged fittings and make sure outdoor circuits are properly protected.
Yes to all three. Our five-plus electricians are licensed and insured in NSW, working under founder Spyro since 2017. Every installation in Bossley Park carries a lifetime labour guarantee and comes with a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work for your records.
