Townhouse and apartment owners in Liberty Grove can use our current specials, whether you live off Settlers Boulevard, beside the village green or near Bradley Park and the Oulton Avenue entrance. Mention the offer as you book and we deduct it from the quote.

Liberty Grove is a planned estate between Homebush Bay Drive and the Main North railway, on land once part of Sydney’s industrial belt around Homebush Bay. The 2021 Census counted 61.7 per cent flats, 29.0 per cent townhouses or semis and only 9.2 per cent separate houses, while 54.7 per cent of homes have three bedrooms. We fit LED downlight upgrades, ceiling fans, extra power for home offices and board changes in homes that are now more than two decades old.

There are no shopping strips inside the estate; Rhodes Waterside sits about 100 metres past the northern entrance. The commercial side here is the shared amenity: pools, gym, tennis and basketball courts and a function room reserved for residents. For committees and managers we handle lighting, pump and plant circuits and commercial maintenance.

Liberty Grove residents can book same-day service from us for sudden faults. Examples we expect in this stock: a townhouse board tripping as the air conditioner starts on a summer afternoon, an outage in an apartment lobby, or garden lighting along a shared pathway failing after a storm.
Liberty Grove households are mostly families: the average home holds 2.7 people, and 39.6 per cent are owned with a mortgage. Many owners bought when the estate was new in the late 1990s and are now renovating kitchens, adding split systems or asking for EV charging. As a Liberty Grove electrician we handle that upgrade cycle, plus rental compliance for the 37.2 per cent of homes that are leased.
The estate is unusual. Shared zones replace normal footpaths, vehicles enter only from Homebush Bay Drive and Oulton Avenue, and a community association looks after the pools, courts and parks. That means we confirm access and gate arrangements before arriving, and check whether a fault sits on your lot or on shared infrastructure. For sudden failures we provide an emergency electrical response here and throughout the Inner West.

Townhouses and semis make up 29 per cent of Liberty Grove homes. We upgrade original switchboards, add safety switches and wire new circuits for kitchens, split systems and garage storage.
About 62 per cent of dwellings are apartments. We fix faults inside individual lots and work with building managers where lobby lighting, car park circuits or main boards are involved.
Residents share pools, a gym, tennis and basketball courts and a function room. Pump circuits, court lighting and plant rooms need regular checks and repairs scheduled around resident use.
Liberty Grove averages 1.4 vehicles per dwelling. Where a townhouse has its own garage, we assess the board, upgrade capacity where needed and install a dedicated circuit from the switchboard to your charger.

Our licensed electricians understand the layered ownership inside Liberty Grove, where a fault can sit in your townhouse, your apartment building or the community association’s shared services.

You get a written fixed figure after we inspect. A three-bedroom townhouse near Bradley Park and an apartment beside Homebush Bay Drive are quoted on their own conditions.

A lost circuit in a Liberty Grove townhouse during a hot spell, or a dark apartment lobby, is moved ahead of planned jobs so you are not left waiting all day.

Our 250+ customers include families and investors in Liberty Grove and nearby Rhodes and Concord West, many referred by neighbours sharing the same pool, courts or building.

Every circuit we install in a Liberty Grove home comes with lifetime-guaranteed labour, from a new charger in a garage to extra downlights across an open-plan living area.

Tell us your street, building and how visitors get in, whether through the Oulton Avenue entrance or an intercom. We then book a time around work and school runs.

Once we have inspected the board and circuits, the electrician explains the options and sends a fixed written price, including any association approvals needed.

Shared zones here run at walking pace, so we park where permitted, arrive in the agreed window and give you a call if Homebush Bay Drive traffic slows us.

We clean up inside your home and on any shared paths, remove all waste, and send the compliance certificate plus a plain summary of the work completed.

Liberty Grove records 1.4 vehicles per dwelling, and a townhouse with its own garage is an ideal spot for home charging. With the estate completed in the late 1990s, most boards were never sized for a charger, so assessing capacity is the first step.

NSW law ties a CCEW to each piece of work, and every Liberty Grove job we complete gets one. Homes here are more than twenty years old, so boards from the original late-1990s build often need RCDs added once we alter them, as AS/NZS 3000 requires coverage on every final subcircuit. Type AC units have not been accepted for new work since 1 May 2023, so we install Type A or better.
We give one fixed figure, in writing, before starting. Liberty Grove homes may look similar, but a three-bedroom townhouse with a garage and roof space offers easy cable routes, while an apartment on an upper floor may need building manager access and approval for shared risers. We inspect, explain, then commit to the price.
Want a charger in your Liberty Grove garage, a townhouse board brought up to date, or better lighting across an open-plan living area? Call 02 8999 3691. A licensed electrician will visit, assess the job properly and give you a firm written price with labour guaranteed for life.
Liberty Grove townhouse owners, apartment residents, landlords and committee members ask us these most often. If yours is not covered here, call us on 02 8999 3691.
Quite often. Our crews are out between 7am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, then 7am until 2pm each Saturday, while Liberty Grove sits close to our runs through Rhodes and Concord West. Call 02 8999 3691 early and we can often attend the same day. Burning smells, a hot board or a total loss of power are prioritised over routine bookings.
We see the job before naming a figure. Access and cable routes vary between a townhouse with a garage and an apartment on a higher floor, so a standard rate would mislead you. After inspecting, we send a written fixed price. It stays the same unless you decide to add something extra.
Liberty Grove homes went up in the late 1990s, and many boards were not designed for multiple split systems, induction cooktops and home offices running together. When everything starts at once, a circuit can overload or an old safety switch can become oversensitive. We check the load, test the protective devices and recommend rebalancing or a board upgrade.
Faults on your lot are generally your responsibility, while lighting on shared paths, pool pumps and court lighting belong to the community association, and apartment lobbies or car parks belong to that building’s strata. We trace the fault first and give a written finding so the right party can authorise the repair.
Usually, where you have a private garage. We assess the board’s spare capacity, upgrade it if needed and install a dedicated circuit to a wall charger. For apartment car parks we need strata approval before starting, and sometimes a load management system so multiple residents can charge without overloading the building.
Each level must have a working alarm, tenant-reported faults must be fixed within two business days, and any alarm older than ten years must be replaced. Hard-wired alarms require a licensed electrician. With 37.2 per cent of Liberty Grove homes leased, we regularly do these checks and can add smoke alarm testing with a dated record for your agent.
Yes. Many homes here have large living and dining spaces with limited lighting from the original build. We plan an LED layout, add power points where furniture and devices sit today, and include dimmers or zoned switching. Roof space in most townhouses makes the work relatively tidy.
We can. Liberty Grove residents share pools, a gym, tennis and basketball courts, parks and a function room. Pump circuits, court lighting and outdoor fittings exposed to weather need periodic checks. We work with the community association or its manager to schedule repairs and maintenance around resident use.
Yes. The 2021 Census shows banking and computer system design as the two largest industries of employment for Liberty Grove residents, and both are fields where a proper home setup pays off. We add dedicated power circuits for desks, run data cabling to a spare bedroom or study, and relocate the modem point so the whole townhouse gets a steadier connection.
We cover all of Liberty Grove 2138, including Settlers Boulevard, Bradley Park, the village green, the community pools and courts, the Oulton Avenue entrance and the homes along the Homebush Bay Drive edge. Our electricians also work every day in Rhodes, Concord West, North Strathfield, Concord, Wentworth Point, Newington and Homebush.
