Own acreage on Oxford Falls Road, live at Willandra Bungalows or run a facility off Dreadnought Road? Current specials also reach Morgan Road, Spicer Road and the bush blocks near Oxford Falls Peace Park. Say you saw the offer when booking and we will apply it.

Oxford Falls is small and unusual. The 2021 Census counted 265 residents with a median age of 73, and townhouse-style dwellings outnumbered detached houses 88 to 34, largely reflecting the Willandra Bungalows retirement community. The rest are semi-rural blocks along Oxford Falls Road, Morgan Road and Spicer Road. We handle home electrical work from easier-reach switches and brighter paths for older residents to long feeds out to sheds and gates on larger lots.

This valley is mostly schools, churches and open land: Oxford Falls Grammar, St Pius X College playing fields, the C3 campus, an early learning centre, a plant nursery and a reclaimed building materials yard. We maintain lighting, sports field and classroom power, and schedule commercial electrical work during school holidays or quiet weekday windows.

Our same-day service runs out along the Wakehurst Parkway for faults like a dead circuit in a retirement bungalow, a pump or gate motor failing on an acreage block, or storm-damaged outdoor wiring after branches come down near Garigal National Park.
Oxford Falls work comes from three quite different groups. Retirees at Willandra Bungalows want safe, simple wiring: better lighting in hallways, outlets at comfortable height and alarms that talk to each other. Acreage owners along Oxford Falls Road and Dreadnought Road need power carried to sheds, studios and entry gates. As your Oxford Falls electrician we also help schools and churches keep large grounds lit and running.
The suburb was gazetted in 1902 and still feels semi-rural, with Middle Creek, Oxford Creek and Wheeler Creek cutting through bush and Garigal National Park along the northern edge. That landscape brings fallen branches, long underground runs and outbuildings far from the house board. We handle urgent power faults here the same way we do everywhere across the Northern Beaches, with a licensed electrician sent out as early as the day allows.

Willandra Bungalows offers semi-detached two and three bedroom homes. We add bright, easy switching, interconnected alarms and outlets at reachable heights, and confirm with village management what sits with residents.
Larger lots along Oxford Falls Road and Morgan Road often have sheds, studios and gates far from the house. We size and trench sub-mains so distant loads get steady voltage and proper protection.
Garigal National Park borders the suburb and creeks cut through thick bush. After storms we repair damaged outdoor lighting, check exposed cable and restore circuits tripped by water or fallen branches.
Oxford Falls Grammar sits on six hectares, beside other large campuses and playing fields. We maintain classroom power, hall lighting, exit signs and outdoor circuits, timing work around terms and services.

Our licensed electricians have wired single-level retirement bungalows and rural outbuildings, so they understand both a careful low-disruption job and a long sub-main dug across a sloping bush block.

Each Oxford Falls quote is written as a fixed figure after inspection. A Willandra bungalow and a Morgan Road acreage have very different distances, soil and access, so pricing follows what we measure.

When a gate motor, water pump or bungalow circuit fails, we move the job up our list and send the nearest electrician out along Wakehurst Parkway the same day where possible.

Our 250+ customers include Oxford Falls retirees, acreage families and school facility managers, many referred by residents in neighbouring Belrose and Frenchs Forest.

Labour on every circuit we lay in Oxford Falls is guaranteed for life, from a new light over a bungalow porch to a trenched feed running to a distant shed.

Tell us if you are inside the retirement community or on a gated rural lot, and whether visitors sign in, so we can book a time that fits village routines or farm work.

The electrician walks the property, checks the board and distance to any outbuilding, then emails a fixed written quote with each item listed in plain terms.

Oxford Falls Road narrows and winds through the valley, so we allow extra travel time, bring the right vehicle for gravel drives and call ahead if running late.

We backfill trenches, sweep up inside, test every new circuit with you watching if you like, and leave the compliance certificate plus clear breaker labels.

Local pockets we cover in Oxford Falls
Nearby suburbs we also serve

Our story started in 2017 when Spyro opened for business; five-plus licensed electricians later, we cover the Forest district and its bush valleys. Oxford Falls suits careful, patient work: a retiree needing a fitting swapped without fuss, an acreage owner planning a studio, or a school grounds manager replacing field lights. The electrician who quotes is usually the one who does the job, which our older clients especially appreciate.

Oxford Falls is semi-rural, with bush blocks and valley acreage along Oxford Falls Road and Morgan Road. Getting safe power out to sheds, studios, pumps and gates is a job we quote far more often here than in the surrounding suburbs.

Every Oxford Falls owner we work for receives a CCEW once the job is signed off, in line with state rules. Rural lots here often hide old sheds wired by previous owners, so we test anything we connect into. Replacing or altering a board triggers the AS/NZS 3000 need for RCDs on final subcircuits, and we fit Type A or better because Type AC went out of new installations on 1 May 2023.
Every Oxford Falls job is priced after we have seen it, then fixed in writing. Replacing lights in a single-level Willandra bungalow is quick and tidy. Running power to a shed a long way down a sloping bush block can involve trenching, conduit and a second board. Quoting blind would be unfair either way, so we measure first.
A shed with no power, a bungalow light that keeps flickering, or school grounds needing new field lighting? Dial 02 8999 3691 and we will drive out along the Wakehurst Parkway, look properly, write up one fixed price and stand behind that labour permanently.
Oxford Falls retirees, acreage owners and school or church facility managers usually ask us these. If yours is not covered here, call us on 02 8999 3691.
Often. We are on the road Monday to Friday between 7am and 5:30pm and on Saturdays from 7am until 2pm, closed Sundays. Oxford Falls sits on the Wakehurst Parkway between Frenchs Forest and Narrabeen, which we travel regularly, so an early call gives the best chance of a visit that day. Tell us about sparking or a burning smell first.
After an electrician inspects, you receive one written fixed figure. Oxford Falls jobs vary more than most: a small fix inside a retirement bungalow is simple, while trenching power across rocky ground to a shed takes planning and materials. The quote covers the whole job and only changes if you ask for more.
Yes. Many Oxford Falls residents live in the Willandra Bungalows community. Before we start, we check with you and village management which parts of the wiring belong to your home and which are maintained by the operator. We then book a quiet time, keep noise and dust low and explain every change clearly.
Certainly. With a median age of 73 in the 2021 Census, this is common work here. We fit brighter LED lighting in halls and bathrooms, illuminated switches, sensor lights for night-time paths, outlets raised to a comfortable height and interconnected smoke alarms so a fire anywhere sounds everywhere.
Yes. We check the distance, the load you plan to run and the ground between the house and the building. Then we size the cable, lay it underground in conduit and fit a small protected board at the shed. Long runs across Oxford Falls acreage need correct sizing so tools and lights do not struggle.
Look for damage to outdoor lights, exposed cable, pump and gate circuits, and any safety switch that will not reset. Garigal National Park and heavy tree cover mean branches regularly fall here. Stay away from any fallen wires and ring 000 if lines are down. For damage on your property side, we inspect, repair and retest.
We do. The valley holds Oxford Falls Grammar, St Pius X College playing fields, the C3 campus and an early learning centre. We handle lighting upgrades, exit and emergency lighting, classroom and hall power, and data cabling for offices, booking disruptive work during holidays or quiet periods.
We supply the dedicated power these need. Gate motors and pumps on acreage often sit well away from the house, so we run a protected circuit to a weatherproof isolator beside the equipment. Your gate or pump installer then connects the unit, and we certify our part of the work.
Often. Older homes and sheds in Oxford Falls may still run rewireable fuses and have no safety switches at all. A switchboard upgrade adds RCD protection to every final circuit and gives space for sheds, pumps, air conditioning or a car charger added later.
