Condell Park is built for big households. The 2021 Census found 45 per cent of dwellings with four or more bedrooms and an average of 3.4 residents per home, so boards here feed several split systems, second fridges and home offices at once. Semis and townhouses make up 31.2 per cent of dwellings, well over double the state share of 11.7, including villa closes built from 1976 over the old RAAF bunker land near Taylor Street. We add circuits, replace overloaded switchboards and wire extensions as families grow.

Between Marion Street and Bankstown Airport lies an IN2 light industrial precinct of roughly 32 hectares, home to warehousing, wholesalers, auto workshops, manufacturers, gyms and even a swim school. We fit three-phase outlets, machine isolators, high-bay LED lighting and handle commercial electrical maintenance there, along with the small shopfronts on Simmat Avenue.

Condell Park gets our same-day service on every street, from Canterbury Road down to the aerodrome fence. Typical urgent calls here: a crowded family home losing supply when every air conditioner kicks in on a hot afternoon, a scorched outlet behind a kitchen fridge, or a factory roller door dead with an order waiting.
Condell Park skews young and busy, with a median age of 34 and more than half its households being couples raising children. That shapes the jobs we get. Parents ask for extra outlets where a spare bedroom has become a study, safety switches covering every circuit, and brighter lighting in large open-plan extensions. Several generations often share one roof, so before wiring appliance circuits for a second kitchen we confirm the board can carry it. As your Condell Park electrician, we also serve landlords, because 28 per cent of dwellings here are leased.
On the Marion Street industrial strip, tenants ring us about new machine feeds, high-bay LEDs and a compressor that keeps knocking off its breaker. Community venues around Deverall Park and Kinch Reserve need dependable lighting too. When something fails badly, our emergency electricians respond across St George and Canterbury-Bankstown, and Condell Park sits right on the roads we drive every day.

With 45 per cent of Condell Park dwellings holding four or more bedrooms, we often add dedicated lines for extra split systems, study nooks and outdoor kitchens so one busy household stops overloading a single circuit.
Semis and townhouses account for 31.2 per cent of homes, including villa closes on the former bunker site. We confirm which wiring belongs to each villa and which to the owners corporation before starting.
The IN2 precinct beside Bankstown Airport holds warehouses, auto workshops and manufacturers. We install three-phase outlets, isolators for machinery, exit and emergency lighting, and brighter LED fittings under tall roofs.
Roughly 28 per cent of Condell Park dwellings are rented. We test safety switches, swap out expired smoke alarms and leave dated reports for the agents who manage those leases.

We regularly work inside Condell Park’s big brick family homes and the villa closes off Taylor Street, so we know where their boards, meters and roof voids usually sit.

Before any cable is pulled you receive a written fixed figure. A four-bedroom house near Deverall Park and a Marion Street warehouse unit are each priced on what we actually find.

If a breaker refuses to reset in your Condell Park home, or a workshop beside the airport loses a phase, tell us and we move you forward in that day’s bookings.

More than 250 customers have rated our work, among them Condell Park parents, landlords and small industrial tenants who first heard about us from a neighbour or the business next door.

Wiring we put into a Condell Park house, townhouse or factory unit keeps its labour cover for life, so any fault in our workmanship is fixed free.

Ring or book online and give us your street. Most Condell Park driveways fit our van easily, but let us know about locked side gates, dogs or loading dock hours.

We inspect the board, the loads and the cable paths, talk through the options in plain English, then send one written price for you to approve.

Your electrician turns up inside the agreed window. Canterbury Road traffic or congestion near Bankstown Airport can slow us, so if we are running behind you hear from us first.

Drill dust is vacuumed, old fittings and offcuts leave in our van, the work is tested, and your compliance certificate is emailed before we pull away from the kerb.

Back in 2017 Spyro set out to run an electrical crew that explains things plainly and cleans up after itself. We now have five-plus licensed electricians, and Condell Park has become familiar ground for the team. Here that means large households needing more circuits, townhouse owners untangling shared supply questions, and light industrial tenants near the aerodrome who need machines powered correctly. We answer our own phones, arrive with stocked vans and stay with each job until it is signed off.

Condell Park homes average 3.5 bedrooms and 3.4 residents, and many now run air conditioning in several rooms alongside large kitchens and home offices. Boards wired for a smaller family decades ago show it through nuisance tripping and warm breakers, the complaint behind many of our local visits.

Whatever we touch in Condell Park, from a single outlet to a factory board, is covered by a CCEW that we lodge with the regulator. Plenty of homes here have been extended more than once, so we test the older runs we connect into and put anything unsafe in writing. Altering a switchboard means adding residual current protection to the final subcircuits under AS/NZS 3000, and Type AC units are excluded, as the rule from 1 May 2023 requires.
We never guess a figure over the phone. Adding a circuit to a single-storey brick house off Simmat Avenue can be simple, while the same request in a two-storey townhouse with a shared ceiling void, or a steel-roofed warehouse unit on Marion Street, needs far more planning. So an electrician looks first, then you receive one fixed price in writing that holds unless you change the scope.
Warm switchboard in a busy Condell Park home, smoke alarms due in a rental, or three-phase needed for a Marion Street workshop? Dial 02 8999 3691; we will look it over, settle a written price with you and guarantee our labour for as long as you own the place.
Condell Park parents, villa owners, landlords and factory tenants beside the aerodrome put these to us often. If yours is not covered here, call us on 02 8999 3691.
Usually. Weekday bookings run 7am to 5:30pm, Saturday bookings 7am to 2pm, and Sunday is closed. Because Condell Park sits between Bankstown and Revesby, an early phone call commonly turns into an afternoon visit. Scorch marks, a hot smell from the board or a main switch that will not stay up are slotted in before planned work.
By inspecting first. Two jobs that sound alike can differ a lot here: running a new line in a single-level brick home with an open roof space is quick, while the same task in a townhouse with a firewall between units takes longer. After the visit you get a written fixed figure. It only moves if you add something new, and you approve that before we start it.
Usually the circuits were planned for a smaller household than the one living there now. Census figures show Condell Park homes average 3.4 residents and 3.5 bedrooms, and many have split systems in several rooms. We check each circuit’s load, look for loose terminals and tired breakers, then suggest moving heavy appliances onto their own circuits or upgrading the board if it has run out of space.
It depends on the strata plan. In most Condell Park villa complexes the wiring from your own meter and board into your dwelling is yours, while shared driveway lights, common meter panels and the supply into the complex belong to the owners corporation. We trace the fault before quoting, then put the finding in writing for you and the committee so nobody pays for the wrong repair.
NSW requires a working alarm on each storey, a repair within two business days once the tenant reports a fault, and replacement of any alarm more than ten years past its manufacture date. Hard-wired alarms must go in via a licensed electrician. With about 980 leased dwellings in the suburb we handle plenty of these visits and leave dated smoke alarm test records for the agent.
Yes, where the building already receives a three-phase supply, as many units in the IN2 precinct between Marion Street and Bankstown Airport do. We run new outlets and isolators for compressors, hoists and welders, fit emergency stops, and upgrade lighting above racking. Anything involving new network connections or the incoming service mains belongs to an accredited service provider, and we flag that early if your project needs one.
Often it is. The Census recorded an average of two vehicles per dwelling here, and most houses have a driveway or garage not far from the board. We check spare capacity, run a dedicated circuit with its own RCD and mount the charger where the lead reaches the car comfortably. In villa closes we confirm owners corporation approval first, since common property is usually involved.
Yes. Large blocks and large households make backyard studios, rumpus rooms and secondary dwellings regular requests in Condell Park. We work out whether the main board can feed a submain or needs upgrading first, run the cable underground in conduit, and fit a sub-board with its own safety switches. Lighting, power points and air conditioning circuits all go into the one written price.
We do. The Simmat Avenue strip holds a supermarket, chemists, restaurants and other small shops, and there is a second cluster where Chapel Road meets Canterbury Road. We replace failed shop lighting, add outlets for new equipment, wire illuminated signs and repair circuits that trip in food outlets, planning noisy tasks around trading hours so the counter stays open.
All of Condell Park 2200, including the Simmat Avenue shops, Marion, Edgar and Taylor Streets, Third Avenue, the Chapel and Canterbury Roads corner, Deverall Park, Kinch Reserve and the industrial precinct beside the aerodrome. We also work daily in Bankstown, Yagoona, Bass Hill, Georges Hall, Revesby, Milperra, Padstow and Panania.
